Hello another beautiful day,
A while ago I made this polka dot cake for a child's christening.
I don’t know why but I found it to be one of the more difficult cakes I have
made. I found it tricky positioning the polka dots, and they kept sliding down which
of course would leave a stain. Luckily I learnt a good trick which is to dab a
little Lemon Essence with a paper towel where the stain is on the cake. I must say though I was kind
of glad when I finished this cake!
